The Operastudio project was born in 2017 in this splendid Molise village. The Municipality of Oratino, thanks to the collaboration of the Mayor Luca Fatica first and the current Mayor Roberto De Socio, has proved to be sensitive by coining itself as a real village of opera. The Altobello Auditorium is the official place for rehearsals and performances.  

The collaboration with the Liceo Musicale is a really important result for us, as the children who participate in the Operastudio project as instrumentalists or singers will have the opportunity to obtain credits in alternation "School-Work". Thanks to the Director Anna Di Monaco for her precious collaboration.  

The Association deals with the study and sartorial reconstruction of the historical costume of Campobasso, with particular reference to the clothes used in the 1800s. Our collaboration includes an event on the history of costume and clothing in use in Campobasso in 1910, open to the public and the use of Molise costumes in the performances of the Marriage of Figaro  

The University of Molise participates as a partner in our project through its institutional choir masterfully directed by Maestro Gennaro Continillo. Excellent their contribution in the two previous editions of the Barber of Seville in 2017 and of Don Giovanni in 2018.  

The fantastic jewels handmade with an ancient Russian technique (Soutache and Embroidery) by the talented Campobassana artist Jessica Maddaloni, will be the protagonists on the stage for the representation of the Marriage of Figaro of our Operastudio. Her jewels will in fact be worn by the leading artists of our event.
